MedStar Family Choice District of Columbia (MFC-DC) encourages all providers to submit claims electronically. Effective January 1, 2023, MFC-DC only participates with Change Healthcare. As long as you have the capability to send EDI claims to Change Healthcare through direct submission or through another clearinghouse/vendor, you may submit claims electronically using Payer ID# RP062.
